a look ahead

friday through monday (presidents’ day) features lighter winds, partly to mostly sunny skies and a nice warming trend. we’re still on the cool side friday, with highs in the mid-40s to near 50. but saturday warms to the mid-50s to near 60, and sunday and monday highs head for the upper 50s to mid-60s. right now, we look dry through the period. but if a storm sliding by to our south saturday night into sunday were to creep a bit farther north, then we might have to introduce a chance of showers. confidence: medium
